After the equipment is emptied, when it is restarted, the pressure will rapidly increase, but no gas will be discharged. After discharging the remaining air at a pressure of 2~4 bar, the pressure will gradually increase.

When the connection between the pre-treatment equipment and the high-pressure pump is poorly sealed or leaks water (especially when the microfilter and the pipeline behind it leak water), or when the pre-treatment water supply is insufficient, such as when the microfilter is blocked, the poorly sealed area will suck in some air due to vacuum. The microfilter should be cleaned or replaced to ensure that the pipeline will not leak. In short, the flowmeter should be operated step by step without bubbles in the flowmeter. 2. Rinse with water pre treated with chemical reagents. When the equipment is shut down, water containing chemical reagents may cause membrane fouling.

When the reverse osmosis equipment is ready to shut down, the addition of chemical reagents should be stopped, and the pressure should be gradually reduced to around 3 bar.
