Basic Function:

2. The whole system is controlled by PlC(Mitsubishi), it is not only to ensure the stable working but also can adjust the width and length for sheet cutting according to our different requirement.
3. Automatic Trimming: it is auto trimming two side of membrane sheet during traction.
4. The Highest Precision of cutting is controlled within ±1 mm, The High cutting efficiency with cutting speed 500-700 pcs per hour.
5. The system with fault detection to show the fault points automatically it is help us to repair the machine quickly.
6. Spacer and membrane sheet cutting at the same time. It is used double traction design to cut the membrane sheet and spacer at the same time the working efficiency is highly.
